A Ticket Reservation is a commitment given to you for the right (but not the obligation) to buy a ticket at its face value price, in case your favorite team qualifies for sports’ final events. When you purchase a Ticket Reservation, you get the ability to purchase the ticket(s) at its face value price, once your favorite team qualifies for the sports’ final event. For example, if you reserve seats for “team X”, and “team X” ends up qualifying for the Final, then you have the right (but not the obligation) to buy a ticket at face value price.

The reservation price is dynamic and calculated based on many constant and variable parameters, such as time of purchase, quality of the team etc.

Yes, you can. However, the number of tickets you can reserve is limited per user, that way we can give more fans a chance to enjoy our service.

Just wait for your team to qualify – If your team qualifies, your ticket will be reserved for you to purchase at face value price.

NO, you will have to pay the tickets' official price in addition to your reservation Fee already paid. In total, you pay the Reservation Fee +the tickets’ official price.

you may cancel your reservation and receive a refund only if the period between the purchase and the request for cancelation, there has not been any change with your team's position in the tournament, i.e. if NO game whatsoever was played by your team in that period, but no longer than 2 weeks from the day of your purchase.

Any cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before the date of the first game. Cancellation will bear a fee of 5% of the purchase price.

1. If your team qualifies for the Final, official tickets will be allocated to you at their official price, according to the quantity of tickets already reserved by you.
2. Now, you can purchase the ticket/s at face value (you may need to pay administration and shipping fee, depending on the way you wish to receive your tickets).
3. During the ticket purchase process, you will be able to choose the most convenient way for you to receive your tickets.

 

If your team does not qualify for the Final, your reservation will then expire and you may not purchase the tickets. In this case, you will not have to pay the full cost for the ticket (but you will not be refunded with the Reservation Fee).

Once qualifying teams are announced, you will receive an email inviting you to purchase the tickets or you can make the purchase from “my account” on our website.

Once you will receive an email from us inviting you to purchase your tickets, you will have several days to make the purchase. The date will be noted on your email.

NO, if your favorite team qualifies for the Final, you will have the right (but not the obligation) to buy your ticket at face value. In any case, you will not be refunded with your reservation fee.

 

Yes. You may choose to use only part of your reserved tickets. The rest of your reservation will expire for current season.

Yes, you can. However, you will have to closely work with the MytiGO staff and customer support to follow the legal process. This will also help to ensure that the person whom the rights for the tickets have been transferred to will be able to have quick access to the venue during the game.

Yes, you may reserve tickets for as many teams as you want. 

Here is an example of how it works:

If you reserved 2 tickets for 2 teams and only one team qualifies, you may buy 2 tickets for the team that qualified. If both teams qualify, you may buy 2 tickets as well but not more than 2.

When you select all teams, you are guaranteeing yourself the official ticket regardless of which team qualifies. If you wish to attend the event regardless of which team qualifies, you may select "all teams" and decide later, closer to the event, whether to attend the event and pay the official ticket price, or to not attend and not have to pay the official price (you will not be refunded with the reservation fee).

Receiving your tickets is the easiest part of this process. You can either get them sent to you by mail or by Email, or you can pick them up at the venue before the game.

The event organizers will determine the seating configuration. The Company will do its best to allocate the best seats within the chosen category.

If we have available tickets left at the end of sale process according to the respective league policies, we will be glad to offer them to our customers. Please contact us by email service@mytigo.com.

Yes, you can. However, the number of tickets you may reserve will depend on the respective league policies. Contact us if you need group reservation service@mytigo.com

 

Make offer refers to a situation in which ticket reservations or tickets are sold out. In this case, you can make your own offer and when we have available reservations or tickets, we will sell them to you automatically or notify you - regarding your request.

No. You will pay only once your ticket or ticket reservation has been confirmed.

While you type your offer, you will be asked to choose one of the following:

1. Auto sale – the system will update you on the transaction as soon as the deal is completed.

2. Manual sale – the system will notify you when your offer is relevant. Then you will have to approve it manually.

 

*Auto sale is recommended and significantly increases the chances for a deal.

Yes, you can. Our system will automatically offer you a price, if you won't be interested in our price, you may offer a higher price of your own.

If you are not satisfied with the offer you received, you will have the option to make an alternative price offer as you wish and our system will do it's best to find you a buyer according to the price you offered. 

While typing in your suggested offer you will have the next options:

Sell automatically- our system will let you know about the transaction right before it is done.

Sell manually- our system will send you a message, letting you know that your sale offer is now relevant and you will just need to confirm manually.

This option allows you to keep your ticket for your favorite team/s and sell it to other teams, if your team(s) does not qualify. That means that the ticket will be available to sell only if your team does not qualify for the final. In one way or another you will receive an extra fee. 

 

Yes. To ensure the best service for our customers we require each seller to upload his or her ticket to the website so we can verify that the ticket is genuine.

If your ticket doesn't get sold or the team you selected qualifies for the final of your chosen tournament, the ticket will remain yours.
